Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No, start immediately with just your mobile number or ICAI FRN. You will have unhindered access to all features under the Growth tier during your trial period.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data remains 100% encrypted and safe. Your dashboard becomes read-only and you can export your data at any time. None of your historical delivery receipts or client WhatsApp records are purged.
Who receives client payments collected via UPI?
100% of client payments go directly into your connected firm bank account via Razorpay. CA Assist takes 0% cut. The platform acts exclusively as the dispatch and ledger-reconciliation orchestrator.
Where is firm and client data stored?
Encrypted at rest using AES-256 in Tier-4 Indian data centres in Mumbai complying with ICAI and MeitY norms. All data residency strictly abides by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023.
